Elizabeth Pitcher


President and Founder 

Elizabeth is a driven, creative yet analytic executive with over 20 years in the entertainment, real estate, retail, sports, consumer goods, travel/tourism, attractions and services industries. She has negotiated multi-million dollar sponsorships and partnerships for such companies as Radio City Music Hall and Madison Square Garden. She led the development of complex, multi-layered marketing and public relations strategies and budgets for film, live entertainment and real estate/retail brands such as TNT, HBO, Lifetime, the Radio City Christmas Spectacular, Cirque du Soleil, Nickelodeon, Tysons Corner Center, Simon Property Group, Mall at Green Hills a Taubman property, amongst others. She has developed programs and events for such brands as Eileen Fisher, American Girl, Tiffany's, Disney, Michael Kors, Burberry, Lilly Pulitzer, Microsoft, Mercedes, Tesla to name a few. 

She is a recipient of the coveted ADDY Award for best cross-digital campaign. Elizabeth has a great deal of experience in fundraising, serving on such boards and committees as of the USO, the Lupus Foundation, the NYPD Columbia Association, Cure For Grace Breast Cancer Fund and the Bettie Brand Women's Empowerment Fund. 

Rian Gorey

Chief Operating Officer 

With more than 25 years leading complex, multinational technology-driven and renewable energy organizations, Rian has successfully led businesses at Accenture, Andersen, IBM, Verint, New Age Energy and others. An expert in business strategy, operations, customer engagement/experience, business process improvement and technology through management and consulting for leading clients and organizations. 

Rian has successfully launched over a dozen businesses during his career including Accenture’s Strategic Services service line and led some of the initial major successful strategy engagements in the life, health insurance and financial services industries. 

He has earned a reputation as an innovator who starts new businesses, leading turnarounds and building effective teams, Rian is energized by solving new challenges, achieving ambitious business goals and working with people who are motivated by similar visions. Rian donates his time supporting his alma mater the University of Notre Dame, he is a Supervisor for Habitat For Humanity and donates time to support the Ronald Mc Donald House amongst others.

Robynn Delin

Vice President Marketing and Business Development

A marketing professional for more than 25 years, Robynn has negotiated multi-million dollar licensing deals, built profitable relationships with manufacturers and brand owners, developed key partnerships and orchestrated business and communication strategies that have grown brand awareness and market share for corporations of all sizes. From traditional to digital, she understands how to build programs that connect with target audiences.

Robynn has worked across industries and categories from entertainment to consumer products, apparel to beauty, corporate  and non-profit that include companies such as Hermes, Chrysler, Schering Plough, Spelling Entertainment, Madison Square Garden and Cirque du Soleil. She is a lover of art, culture and travel and enjoys all that her home city, NYC offers.

Jamie Russo

Director Special Events and Design

With over 12 years of expertise in designing and executing events for some of the worlds largest corporations, retail brands, entertainment companies, colleges, celebrities and non-for-profits. Jamie's experience in developing event plans and strategies, sourcing and delivering event ROI is the best in the business. A resident of New York City, she is a self proclaimed food and wine connoisseur who loves travel, art and culture. 

Beth O'Grady

Chief Administrative Officer

Beth has over 35 years in office management, receivables, payables, customer service and accounting experience. She works hard to keep the Beeline team in line. Beth enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She enjoys shopping, traveling and going to the beach. 

Sara Murphy

Creative Director

Sara has over 10 years of creative design experience working for some of the top names in entertainment, retail, lifestyle and corporate brands in the world. Her campaign work has earned her several creative marketing awards for design. Sara enjoys art, painting, reading and hiking. She especially enjoys spending time with her family, friends and dog Lucy.
